Feedback and support
A person reads every message and replies by email, usually within a day.
From the app
On iPhone: Settings > Contact Support, under Support.
On Android: Settings > Contact support, under Support.
Give the email address you want the reply at, say what's going on and tap Send. A name and a subject help but aren't needed. The app adds its version and your phone's model, so you don't have to look them up.
If the message can't be sent, for example because you're offline, tap Email us instead to write from your own email app.
The same Support section has Help Centre, which opens these pages.
From the web
Signed in on the web, open Account and press Contact support under Need a hand?. Your name and email are already on the form. You can also use the contact page without signing in.
By email
Write to support@thesaucery.nz. Replies come from the same address.
Shake to report a problem (Android)
In the Android app, shake your phone to open Send feedback. It attaches a screenshot of the screen you were on, and you can add a note under What went wrong? before tapping Send. A report doesn't carry your email, so we can't answer it. If you want a reply, use Contact support as well.
The iPhone app from the App Store doesn't have this. Use Contact Support in Settings.
What helps us help you

- The exact words of any message the app showed.
- Whether it happens every time, and on which phone or browser.
Before you write, Tips and troubleshooting covers the problems people hit most often.
